Lease Negotiations and Execution: All County Medallion collects a deposit from approved applicants before a property is removed from the market. Upon occupancy of the property, this deposit is retained as a security deposit, and is held in a recognized Florida Escrow Account. Our leases are annual and are updated as needed to comply with any changes to local or state laws. To ensure that we can effectively enforce lease requirements all tenant responsibilities are clearly defined in the lease agreement, and are reviewed at lease signing.
Daily Rental Management: Our job is just beginning once tenants have moved in. All County Medallion property managers handle the day-to-day operations and hassles of rental properties so that you can rest assured.
